2025 International Baccalaureate Results

We’re proud to share the summer 2025 International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma results.
Two of our outstanding schools, British School Quito and World Academy Tirana, deliver this exceptional, globally recognised curriculum. So over the weekend, we joined students, parents, and teachers in the nail-biting wait for results. Happily, we're able to share that once again, both schools achieved results that exceed global averages. Well done to all our students, we couldn't be prouder.

British School Quito
BSQ’s outstanding results mean that every single student has secured a place at their first-choice university — a remarkable accomplishment for this exceptional cohort. Their success sets a powerful example for future BSQ graduates.
- 100% pass rate
- An average score of 35.0, higher than the global average of 30.6
- Several bilingual diplomas
- Top scores: 41 and 40 points
University destinations include Princeton University and Penn State University, both in the USA. ESADE and Universidad de Navarra, in Spain, and Universidad San Francisco in Ecuador.

World Academy of Tirana
Our hardworking students in Tirana have once again showcased their remarkable dedication and intellectual prowess, securing results that significantly outshine global benchmarks and paving the way to prestigious universities across the globe. Here's a snapshot of their results
- Diploma pass rate 83%
- Average Diploma score 33, higher than global average 30.6
- Top Score 38
Furthermore, six students achieved a coveted Grade A in Theory of Knowledge (TOK). Achieving an A in TOK signifies exceptional critical thinking, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the nature of knowledge.
World Academy of Tirana students will be continuing their educational journey at prestigious universities worldwide including the University of Bristol, Queen Mary University of London, University of Vienna, University of Geneva, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and many other outstanding universities.
