Introduction
The Modern Slavery Act 2015 requires large commercial organisations operating in the UK to publish a slavery and human trafficking statement setting out the steps they have taken to ensure their business supply chains are free from modern slavery.
This statement is made by Orbital Education Limited in respect of itself and its subsidiaries.
It is made in respect of the financial year ended 31st August 2023. The turnover of the Group exceeds 33 million for this period.

Commitment and Policies
Throughout our group we are unified in our commitment against the unacceptable practice of forced or compulsory labour, child labour and human trafficking. We operate a zero tolerance in this regard. We will continue to implement policies as we see a need, which aim to prevent this within our group operations and to the best of our ability within our supply chains.
Based on the review of suppliers up to date, we consider the risk of slavery or human trafficking within our supply chain to be low given the nature of our suppliers. If issues arise which may be considered as relating to modern slavery all staff have the opportunity to use our internal whistle-blowing policy to confidentially report any circumstances of concern.
Deceleration
This statement is made on a voluntary basis in accordance with section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act, and has been approved by the Orbital Education board of directors and signed by David Pottinger, CEO of Orbital Education Limited.
