Regional Head of Schools

We are seeking a visionary leader with significant experience in education to join us as Regional Head of Schools at an exciting stage of development for the Group.

This is an exciting opportunity which would suit an experienced Principal, Headteacher or senior school leader with extensive experience in a variety of international school settings.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director of Education and Group CEO, the Regional Head of Schools will sit on the Governing Board of a designated number of schools across the Group, collaborating closely with our Principals to support school development. This is a new post to support expansion and will work alongside other established Regional Head of Schools, supporting education delivery and attainment, standards and quality assurance, safeguarding and wellbeing.

The role is crucial to ensuring the Group delivers outstanding outcomes and high-quality education, through strong governance, excellent line management of Principals, overseeing the delivery of quality management systems, delivering on a range of KPI’s and facilitating the sharing of best practice. The Regional Head of Schools will also drive specific initiatives in particular areas across the Group and support the integration of new acquisitions.

About you
The successful candidate should be capable of working collaboratively as part of a high-performing senior executive team, committed to delivering high quality teaching and learning. You should have a proven track-record of delivering strong educational improvements, enhancing the academic performance schools, experience of accreditation and inspection, improving management practices, and achieving financial objectives. Substantial experience working in an international school environment will be important, along with ability to make successful use of data and facilitate sharing of good practice.

Spanish language ability to a professional working level would be a distinct advantage.
