We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Officer to support the delivery of creative, data-driven marketing activity that generates awareness, engagement and high-quality enquiries for our school. This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring marketing professional to play a key role in supporting student recruitment while developing their skills across digital marketing, content creation, campaigns and communications.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Admissions and Communications (MAC), you will help bring the school's story to life through compelling content, impactful campaigns and engaging digital experiences that connect with prospective and current families.
The Opportunity
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same.
You will support the planning and delivery of digital marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads and Meta, helping to generate a strong pipeline of enquiries and support the school's enrolment objectives. You will monitor campaign performance, track results and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness throughout the admissions cycle.
You will also take ownership of the school's social media channels and website, creating engaging content that showcases the vibrant life of the school and highlights what makes it unique. From student success stories and testimonials to event coverage and promotional campaigns, you will play an important role in ensuring the school's brand is communicated consistently and effectively.
As a key member of the Marketing, Admissions and Communications team, you will work closely with colleagues across the school, gathering content, supporting events and helping to create memorable experiences that strengthen the school's reputation within the local community

You will have experience creating engaging content across a range of channels, including social media, websites, email campaigns and marketing materials. You will understand how digital marketing supports business objectives and be comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously.
You will be highly organised, proactive and eager to learn new skills and technologies. An understanding of SEO, social media management and marketing platforms would be advantageous, as would experience creating newsletters, brochures or digital campaigns.
Most importantly, you will be a collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for promoting the school's success and supporting an outstanding experience for families.
