Head of Marketing & Communications

We are seeking an ambitious and talented Head of Marketing, Admissions and Communications (MAC) to lead the development and delivery of an outstanding marketing, admissions and communications strategy at Colegio Alminar in Seville.

This is a highly influential leadership role and an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on the future growth of the school. As a key member of the school's Senior Leadership Team, you will have the autonomy to shape strategy, lead a dedicated team, and play a central role in driving the school's success.

The Opportunity

As the lead driver of pupil growth through both enrolment and retention, you will work closely with the Principal and wider leadership team to achieve ambitious growth targets. You will take a data-driven approach to performance, using forecasting, reporting and analysis to inform decision-making and deliver results.

This role requires a unique blend of commercial acumen, analytical capability and emotional intelligence. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer journey that not only converts prospective families into enrolments but also builds long-term loyalty and advocacy.

Alongside overseeing all marketing, admissions and communications activity, you will lead and motivate a small team, fostering a collaborative, customer-focused and growth-oriented culture aligned with the school's strategic vision.

About You

Our ideal candidate will be highly personable, with a strong customer-focused mindset and a natural drive to achieve results. You will be commercially aware, confident using data to inform decisions, and able to provide accurate performance reporting.

You will ideally have experience managing and developing team members, with the ability to inspire, coach and mentor others to achieve their potential.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential, along with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
