About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious, experienced and enthusiastic Administration Manager to oversee the management of all administrative activity at Magno International School.
You will be responsible for ensuring the development of best practices and creating a safe and legally compliant environment for students and employees. The role also includes overseeing Human resource activity, compliance with Spanish employment laws and all regulatory requirements including Health and Safety.
You should be an effective leader who is able to secure engagement of all stakeholders in the school. It is a core requirement of the role that the post-holder is fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish. Due to the bilingual nature of the school, candidates without this ability cannot be considered.

The school is situated within the beautiful Alicante province, only a short 20 minute drive to the coastal city of Alicante, and close to the surrounding towns of Elche, Elda and Petrel. The city of Alicante has a strong international community of around 17% of the population, with many bilingual English and Spanish speaking residents. International and European Travel is easy with one of Spain's largest Airports a short distance outside the city.
