Mike brings a wealth of experience in education leadership and organisational development, along with a strong commitment to innovation and student success. His approach and vision align closely with Orbital’s values, and we look forward to the leadership he will bring in the years ahead.

Mike has over 30 years of experience in education, many of those in private schools in South Africa - where he founded an independent school outside Pretoria which grew to a four-campus group. Mike has extensive knowledge of the sector overseen significant growth strategies in different geographies on a global scale. He has worked for state, independent, and private schools in the UK, South Africa, and Portugal.
