Group Admissions Manager

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and creative Group Admissions Manager, to join us at an exciting stage of continued growth.

You should be a high calibre individual, educated to degree level, and with previous Sales and/or Marketing experience.

We seek candidates with previous first-hand experience of managing and overseeing sales conversion and customer retention activities to promote growth. A background in admissions in an education setting is not essential although highly desirable.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate commercial acumen and be able to manage and deliver upon conflicting priorities and challenges. You should value analytics and be capable of analysing data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible to the Group Director for Marketing and Admissions, and will work directly with our schools located globally to provide leadership, support and oversight to our admissions teams and schools. They will support school teams to manage and convert leads into new admissions, maintaining high levels of retention and nurturing existing families to become advocates for their schools to support group growth targets.
