Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our successful and growing International Schools Group

This is an outstanding opportunity to join us at an exciting stage of our development, supporting our continued growth. It would suit an experienced professional comfortable working independently to manage complex challenges and workloads.

The Opportunity

The role will be responsible for providing comprehensive day to day support to the Directors, as well as management and organisation of key company documentation and supporting progression of key projects. The post holder must be comfortable working within a fast paced environment supporting the challenging and various needs of Senior Executives and Directors of the company. Prior experience working within a legal environment would be a distinct advantage.

The role will be primarily office based office based and is expected to be part time around 3-4 days per week (approx 0.6 FTE). Although opportunities for flexible working patterns are available, with either shorter daily hours or pro rata days providing flexibility around personal commitments.
